What we have set out to achieve with Diamond Hybrid® is to create a unique jewelry product like no other. Unlike any other diamond simulant, Diamond Hybrid® is designed to offer a true diamond product that is economically and environmentally the right choice for today’s clientele. What sets Diamond Hybrid apart is the simple fact that we use diamond to create the exact look and feel of natural diamond for a fraction of the cost.
For the first time ever, when someone compliments you on a diamond simulant, you can smile and say “Thank You”. No hesitation, awkward pause or fraud by omission…they are complimenting you on the diamond that they see! If you were wearing a pair of cultured pearl earrings and someone complimented you on them, you wouldn’t say “Thank you but they’re cultured”. Just the same way with Diamond Hybrid® … accept the compliment and give a big smile. Our Values
Steven R. Read started his career in Jewelry back in the fall of 1984. He began working at a local Zales store in Seattle, WA. Intrigued and motivated to look toward the industry as a profession, Steven began to soak up knowledge in sales, diamonds, gemstones and fashion in order to hone his craft. After a brief, but enjoyable tenure with Zales, Steven was courted by one of the most prestigious and respected Jewelers in the Pacific Northwest. Now a Berkshire-Hathaway company, Ben Bridge Jewelers was the perfect venue for Steven to take his skills and ambition to the next level. Given their extraordinary training along with the GIA Diamond course…his tenure in management with Ben Bridge Jewelers was the perfect training ground for Steven to perfect the practice of diamond evaluations, appraisals and the ultimate customer service.
After completing a very satisfying and productive term of 8 years with Ben Bridge, it was time for Steven to move into the wholesale phase of his career. Private clientele along with limited engagements at some of Seattle’s most prestigious Jewelers provided ample opportunity to continue the skills he had learned up until now. Then, in 2001…a brief but very fateful rendezvous with moissanite sales brought Steven to the discovery of Diamond Hybrid®…the rest has become not only history, but in fact legend in the jewelry world.
