Returns Policy

CSR LIMITED, LLC RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We at CSR Limited, LLC strive to insure that each of your Diamond Hybrid™ purchases is delivered in perfect condition exactly as ordered. Should you have any issues with an order we offer you the following conditions for returns or credits:

  1. CSR Limited, LLC must be notified via e-mail at marionc@diamondhybrid.com no more than 5 days of receipt of your order if:
    Quantities are over or under the number of stones listed on your original order.
    There is any visible damage to a stone when viewed under 10X magnification
  2. You should report any package received damaged to the Parcel Carrier within the guidelines required for a claim with that carrier. Stones or goods damaged as a result of damage to the package will be replaced or credited in accordance with the carrier’s policy.
  3. Any credit or replacement of stones received in damaged packages, beyond CSR Limited, LLC’s control, will be limited to the cost of the order and shipping only. No other damages will be covered.

PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURNS:

  1. All returns, without exception, Must have an RGA (Returns Goods Authorization). Orders returned without RGA # will not be credited or replaced.
  2. Prior to shipping back any merchandise to CSR Limited, LLC please do the following:
    1. Call 877-342-6342 or click here to complete the online form to request RGA #.
    2. Properly wrap your merchandise with adequate protection and place in a hard surface box. DO NOT package merchandise in bubble padded envelopes. They do not adequately protect the merchandise from damage. Merchandise received damaged as a result of improper packaging will not be credited or replaced.
    3. Clearly print the RGA# you were given on the outside of the box and return to the address provided to you with the RGA #.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

  1. Returns and exchanges based upon claims of Warranty are handled in a very specific manner. Not all visible changes are covered under warranty. Like natural stones, Diamond Hybrid™ will react uniquely to certain conditions and wear. Therefore, in addition to standard policies for returns or any kind, the following Warranty procedures will be followed:
    1. All warranty considerations will be reviewed on an individual basis. Warranty replacements will be inspected prior to any replacement. Warranty replacement is available to insure that any damage that occurs to a Diamond Hybrid™ stone under normal wear is covered. We strive to provide a long lasting, quality piece of jewelry, however Diamond Hybrid’s™ Warranty is not designed as a blanket policy to cover all damage or natural wear characteristics that may affect its appearance over time. Warranty returns though very rare remain a priority.
    2. Beginning February 1, 2010 all Diamond Hybrid™ purchases will be sent out with the same Warranty and Certificate of Authenticity cards. In addition each order will include a set of specialized security hologram emblems. These hologram emblems are being provided for your protection as well as for ours. This insures that your customer is receiving an authentic Diamond Hybrid™ stone. They will also be a validation for all warranty and return issues. Prior to completing your sale, one of the numbered hologram emblems sets should be affixed to the original customer receipt and the second emblem should be affixed to the warranty card (both displaying the matched serial numbered hologram emblems). The serial number provided to your customer should be recorded on your paperwork for that sale.
    3. Please be sure to indicate on the Special instructions section of your order how many brochures, warranty cards and hologram emblems you require for each finished piece of jewelry not each stone ordered.
    4. Warranties will not be honored unless your customer provides you with the original sales receipt and warranty card affixed with matching hologram emblems that match your paperwork. A copy of the original sales receipt, warranty card and damaged merchandise should be return as instructed in the PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURNS section of this policy.

Please be aware that stones broken, damaged or chipped during setting or while being worked on by a Jeweler are not covered under the Diamond Hybrid™ warranty. Detailed and specific handling and setting instructions are available on the “just for jewelers” section found in the upper right hand corner of the Diamond Hybrid™ website www.diamondhybrid.com. Upon request a copy of these instructions can be E-mailed or faxed to you.
